Rafael McDonnell
Raf is the founder of Talent & Brands, a celebrity and influencer talent agency which brokers
celebrity brand endorsements, and also represents a wide roster of social media creators from the
areas of beauty, fashion and lifestyle to comedy, art, and music, with clients including the
advertising Industry’s biggest social media creator – Rob Mayhew. He is also the Co-Founder and
Managing Partner of Supernova, a social creative agency which started in 2023, and is part of Atomic
London.
Prior to setting up Talent & Brands he worked with many of the world’s biggest music and celebrity
talent as an Agent at CAA (Creative Artists Agency) and also at EMI Music, where he was Senior Vice
President for Brand Partnerships & Licensing
Before joining the entertainment industry, Raf held senior marketing roles at Pepsico (Walkers
Crisps) Coca-Cola and Amazon.
He has created brand endorsements for the likes of Ariana Grande, One Direction, Kylie Minogue,
Robbie Williams and Amanda Holden among others, and his agency’s social media creators have
worked with some of the world’s biggest brands such as L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, Amazon, P&G, Unilever
& Nivea, with their videos generating hundreds of millions of views.
