Adam Bowdery is the Head of Development at SHFT, bringing nine years of expertise in Talent Management. Throughout his career, Adam has worked across the TV, Music, and Creator industries, where he has successfully cultivated and managed a diverse roster of talent. Adam’s passion lies in the development of talent to support them in reaching their full creative potential and a platform for long term success.
Adam has had the privilege of representing talent who have starred in major TV shows across leading networks such as Channel 4, Sky, and ITV, among others. Additionally, he has guided clients who have published books with renowned global publishers such as Penguin Random House and HarperCollins.
