Dominic Smales founded Gleam Futures in 2010, long before the word ‘influencer’ and its culture emerged.
As CEO, Dom grew this business into a multi-million pound market leader over the course of 10 years. Gleam pioneered the ‘digital first talent’ industry and became famous for managing quality talent who were growing quality brands and leading projects across TV, Movies and publishing as well as 1000s of market changing brand partnerships.
Dom exited Gleam Futures in 2021 after completing a sale to Dentsu Inc. and has gone on to co-found The Glo Project, including a generative Ai Studio – Glo Imagine and a creator first production company;
GloMotion Studios, making premium content for brands with creators and their platforms front and centre.
