Hannah Holland is the Forbes 30U30 CEO of HLD Talent, the fastest-growing female talent agency in the UK. After starting her women-run agency at 24, the now 30-year-old entrepreneur works with some of the biggest names in the industry including GK Barry, Ami Charlize, Emily Blackwell, and Charley Marlowe, to name a few.
HLD specialises in brand partnerships and personal branding, working strategically to expand digital talent’s horizons to broadcast, commercial, and beyond, securing partnerships with global brands such as Spotify, Adobe, Netflix Footasylum, and Jimmy Choo. Holland has led the all-female and under 30 team to achieve a 124% revenue increase year over year, reaching $2.6 million in 2023 and $4.5 million in 2024.
In October 2024, Holland launched a commercial division of HLD as the next addition to her empire. This dynamic new venture is dedicated to representing exceptional talent across music, fashion and sport. The inaugural talent under the division include UK rap icon Konan, English Football legend Harry Redknapp, and rising female boxing champion, Fran Hennessy.
