Hannah Holland established talent agency HLD Talent when she was 24. The agency has managed prominent social media figures including GK Barry, Ami Charlize and Charley Marlowe, among others.
HLD has fast become the leading agency for female talent.
HLD Talent has secured partnerships for its clients with global brands such as Spotify, Jimmy Choo, Channel 4, ITV and Footasylum. Holland has led the all-female and under 30 team to achieve a 124% revenue increase from 2022 to 2023, reaching $2.6 million in 2023. She projects $4.5 million in 2024. Holland has also expanded the brand’s umbrella to include HLD Studios, a photography studio.
Hannah was also named under the Forbes Europe 30 Under 30 Media & Marketing list for 2024.
