Season25 is a talent-first talent management agency representing some of the UK’s most exciting entertainment talent within the digital community including The Kabs Family, Dami Hope and Simply Sayo. Founder, Jessica Joseph, launched the business after five years of working in the digital talent space managing some of the UK’s biggest YouTube creators. As a young mixed-race woman from Bradford, her motivation to break boundaries in the talent space stems from her personal experience working across the industry and noticing a lack of diverse faces both on talent rosters and within businesses. Moving to London in 2015, she began her career at Gleam Futures as a Talent Coordinator, before moving on to Influencer Marketing platform Whalar to help grow their talent arm, Whalar Stars.
Season25 was named by Business Insider as one of the leading influencer management firms and talent agencies with BIPOC leaders helping creators of colour break through. S25 won the title of Best Campaign for their work with Dami Hope and La Roche Posay at the inaugural July Creator Agency Awards in addition to receiving runner up for Boutique Talent Management Agency, the business has also been nominated for 2 x bCreator awards and Jessica has personally been nominated in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2024 alongside featuring as an expert on panels with Sony, YouTube, Meta & Digital Marketing World Forum, plus many more.
