Kia is the founder of the highly successful ‘Pennies to Pounds’ platform – a financial literacy hub created to empower young people by enabling them to shape their future with complete financial knowledge. In October 2024, Kia published her debut book, ‘How To Handle Money’. Kia starred in the Channel 4 series, ‘Money On My Mind’ in partnership with Barclays and has appeared live on BBC Newsnight and Scotland Tonight to discuss the ‘cost of living’ crisis. 

Kia has also hosted Legal & General’s award-winning podcast, ‘A Little Bit Richer’, as well as co-hosted the BBC 5 Live podcast, ‘Your Work, Your Money’, aimed to help people navigate their finances through lockdown.
Her work has also been featured in The Guardian, The Sun, Cosmopolitan and The Huffington Post and she has worked with a number of globally recognised brands to create easy-to-understand financial content.
