Rianna Williams is the Head of Talent and Casting at SevenSix Agency. She has woven a remarkable career path, initially cutting her teeth in fashion retail, she swiftly rose through the ranks to become one of H&M’s youngest store managers, a testament to her dedication and skill. Her talents then took her overseas to Australia, where she played a pivotal role in the Brisbane store opening in 2015, overseeing the training and talent onboarding.
Her career trajectory further ascended at Topshop, where she honed her craft in personal styling. This experience led her to freelance fashion styling, where she has worked with illustrious figures in football, music, and fashion on a global scale. This freelance endeavour continues to keep Rianna at the forefront of industry trends, an invaluable asset in her full-time role at SevenSix Agency.
Since joining SevenSix Agency in 2020, Rianna has been instrumental in founding and developing the talent management division. She expertly manages a diverse roster of 16 influencers from various industries, focusing on enhancing their public profiles and securing opportunities that resonate with their unique aesthetics, talents, and values. Deeply committed to elevating underrepresented voices, Rianna’s passion lies in empowering her talent and bringing their distinct abilities into the spotlight.
Rianna was shortlisted for the “66 Women Who Werkk” list with the title “Most Inspiring Black Women in 2024”, whilst most recently in January 2025 Rianna has been shortlisted for Campaign Magazine’s Most Inspiring Women awards in the “Rising To The Top – Marketing” Category, further solidifying her reputation as a trailblazer in her field.
