Robert Scott joined Carnival UK in February 2016. Within his role, Rob has been at the forefront of refreshing the brand vision for P&O Cruises, most recently launching the Holiday Like Never Before campaign, maintaining P&O Cruises as one of the leaders of the mainstream holiday market. Additionally, Rob led on developing the proposition for the launch of the brand’s two newest ships, Iona and Arvia.
With over two decades of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing (B2B & B2C), sales and product launches, Rob is well travelled and has worked across the UK, US & Caribbean regions. He has led significant brand strategy & planning programmes on two major (PLC) company mergers and re-brands. Currently, Rob’s focus is on the evolution of the P&O Cruises brand to maintain category leadership and create magnetic moments, to ensure P&O Cruises achieve their long- & short-term commercial objectives and ambitions.
He is married with two children, enjoys cycling, sailing, paddle boarding and travelling with his family.
